Space for 1 vehicle in communal garage. Any additional vehicles can park in the North Alpine Lot for an additional charge in the winter, summer is free.

Besides the nice sized living area with wonderful stone fireplace there is a glassed in balcony. The living room also has a queen sofa sleeper and a wine cooler. This end unit is very quiet and easy to access from the elevator or stairs. Included are WiFi and cable TV, with shared amenities that include a large hot tub and sauna with adjoining shower/toilet facilities, laundry facilities and ski lockers. Pet Friendly with fee of $100 per dog, max 2.
