There is good road access in/out of the city and two free car parking permits are provided. Guests love it; with genuine accommodation all to themselves for 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and all the facilities required for an enjoyable stay. We welcome families, couples or 'professionals' from around the world seeking accommodation in this friendly, bustling city.

The Nest

This charming 3-bed cottage with private parking and garden is situated in Shawford, near to the historic town of Winchester. Walks along the River Itchen, swimming, fishing and picnic spots are on your doorstep. Local pub in Shawford and pubs in nearby village of Twyford. Winchester is also accessible by foot ( 45 mins) or a short 5 minute train or bus away. London is an hour by train and other local attractions include Marwell Zoo, Peppa Pig World, South Coast, Portsmouth and New Forest.

Bay Tree, fabulous, modern 4 bed house, Winchester

Bay Tree is a spacious house in a quiet semi-rural location close to Winchester. Please do not book for a party or loud gathering. There are four bedrooms (six beds) two with ensuites, a downstairs shower wet room, well equipped kitchen, separate utility room and a large lounge/diner. The house has an enclosed private garden with decking & bbq. There is a trampoline for children to play on in the next garden. Towels and linen provided for guest use. On drive parking for two standard cars.

St Michael's Hall is a unique, newly renovated church hall in the heart of the historic city centre. The Piggery is a secluded flint built hideaway, with lots of period charm, set in the grounds of a manor house. Converted to a high standard it has it’s own private garden, access to the owners tennis court & a large barn with table tennis, table football & pool, wider house grounds including an island, surrounded by the river Meon. Numerous walks direct from The Piggery and a number of local vineyards are nearby. 5/10mins walk away are two super pubs and the very well stocked village shop.

Great travel links - M3/M27, Southampton Airport & Southampton Parkway station. Studio comprises double bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge & microwave. Breakfast bar, which doubles as a workspace, shower room and shared use of patio and garden. We also have a young, bouncy dog!
