Sunny loft with a big terrace in a historic area

New and spacious two stories loft on an award winning renovated building from the 1940´s. Security 24/7 , personal digital code to access the apartment, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix/Mubi, and a shared laundry room in the building. The loft has one patio in the first floor and a huge terrace full of plants on the second floor next to the bedroom. It is usually very quite but there could be a little noise during the day if another apartment is doing renovations.

This little house is full of light and shines for its comfiness. It has a great location in the historic center, on the plaza Embajadoras. The heated swimming pool and roof top are to be shared in between our three apartments exclusively. The pool features hydromassage and counter current device for swimming. Walk just a few minutes from Centro to a gated 6 unit condo unit that is very safe and away from the downtown noise. Enjoy the stunning 360 view of morning hot air balloons, sunsets and all of SMA!

Casa localizada en un callejón peatonal del monumento al pipila. La casa tiene una de las mejores vistas de toda la ciudad lo cual la hace una estancia única. Con cama king size y un hermoso balcón con vista panorámica. La casa se encuentra en medio de un jardín frondoso que permite la privacidad en todo momento. La casa cuenta con dos salidas, a 10 minutos caminando colina abajo del centro de la ciudad y a 4 minutos colina arriba del mirador del Pipila.

Departamento en el centro de san Miguel, excelente vista panorámica por encontrarse en un segundo nivel, y con una maravillosa terraza (este departamento que se renta, la terraza es privada), y teniendo muy cerca el mercado artesanías, iglesias, restaurantes, antros, todo a un paso de ti, no necesitas vehículo ya que hay estacionamientos a 100 metros y 200 metros a la redonda, si necesitas moverte en la ciudad cuento con contacto con taxis o uber.

Although the terrace is private, occasionally people go up to change gas tanks or water the garden, but this is usually early in the morning and not often. Fourth floor with no elevator. Building is solid. One bedroom with closet, bathroom, dining area, fully equipped kitchen. Internet 50 mbs. TV with Netflix. Courtesy tea, infusions, fruit and Mexican coffee. Laundry area of common use.

(2) Beautiful Apartment in Historic City Center

The apartment is nice for 2 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a small dining table, a bedroom with a queen sized bed and storage place for your belongings, and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, fridge, pots, toaster, water boiler, coffee machine, cutlery, dishes all well as with stuff like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. I will provide towels, sheets, a fan and some soap for you.
