On the 1st floor, the apartment of Captain Nicolas named from the initial owner, built with stone and natural materials. Donkey’s Cave is a renovated traditional cave house in Trypiti, Milos, close to the Ancient Theater and the spot where the Venus de Milo was discovered. Ideal for couples, small families, or groups of up to 3 guests. It features one double bed and a sofa that converts into a bed (180 x 105 cm), suitable for one person, a private veranda, and offers an authentic and romantic stay experience. There is also the option to book a second accommodation next door upon request.

It consists of two levels. The lower floor has two sofas that can accommodate two persons, a fully organized kitchen, a dining table, and a small w.c. The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where there are two rooms that contain a double bed, two single beds, a toilet, a shower and a balcony with a wonderful view. There is a nice restaurant 250 meters from the house and some really interesting walk paths that lead you to a variety of destinations.

The Colourful Land "Syrma" is a partly cave-like boat house, fully transformed on 2022 that offers comfort, relaxation and wonderful view of Western Milos hills. The values of Cycladic architecture combined with a touch of luxury defined the design philosophy. The unified vaulted interior welcomes you with kitchenette, living room and highly eleveted king size bed which are connected with the bathroom. It is on the upper floor of a two-storey house, has been renovated in 2020 with sensitivity to the traditional Cycladic architecture.
