Room #2 features a full-size bed, twin trundle. Room #3 features two twin sized beds. Per HOA-no "spring breakers” allowed -ALL Guests MUST BE AGE 28 or older in MARCH- except families!

There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.
