90 τμ σπίτι με 20 τμ. υπόγεια αποθήκη, με ΜΕΓΆΛΕΣ βεράντες. Ιδανικό για 5 επισκέπτες . Διαθέτει ενα aircontition στο σαλόνι και ενα στο μεγάλο υπνοδωμάτιο. Στο παιδικό δωμάτιο δεν υπάρχει κλιματισμός επειδή είναι βόρειο κ δεν το βλέπει ο ήλιος... είναι πολυ κοντά στην Παραλια, εχει απεριόριστη θεα στη θάλασσα και στο λιμανι. The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

Για να φτάσετε στο κατάλυμά μας δεν θα χρειαστεί να διανύσετε πάνω από 300 μέτρα από το σημείο που αποβιβαστήκατε. Θα το βρείτε στα δεξιά σας σε μία διώροφη κατοικία, στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της παραλίας των Καμαρών. Με την αίσθηση ότι απο το μπαλκόνι σας σχεδόν βουτάτε στη θάλασσα ανεβαίνετε τα γραφικά σκαλιά που σας οδηγούν στο εσωτερικό του χώρου. Ένας χώρος προσεγμένος, φωτεινός που θα αποτελέσει το σημείο αναφοράς σας για τις επόμενες μέρες.

Το κατάλυμά μας βρίσκεται στην Χερρόνησο, ένα μικρό, γραφικό ψαροχώρι, στο βορειότερο τμήμα της Σίφνου. Πρόκειται για μία ιδιαίτερα ευνοϊκή τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι από τα μοναδικά σημεία του νησιού που δεν πιάνουν σχεδόν καθόλου τα μελτέμια. Στην γειτονιά μας υπάρχει ακόμη ένα μόνο σπίτι, που ανήκει σε μία φιλική και ήσυχη οικογένεια με παιδάκια. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν επίσης δύο ταβερνάκια, mini market και αναψυκτήριο.

Εξαιρετική επιλογή για χαλαρωτικές διακοπές για μια οικογένεια με παιδιά ή μια παρέα φίλων. Ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με 3 μονά κρεβάτια και καναπέ-κρεβάτι στην τραπεζαρία. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και μεγάλη αυλή με εκπληκτική, χαλαρωτική θέα. Έχει επίσης μια μικρή προβλήτα  αν ταξιδεύετε με σκάφος .
