On Saturay and Sundays, there is a LARGE open air flea and farmers market 10-4pm with all sorts of vendors: fresh produce, arts, clothes, jewelry, and prepared hot foods to take away.
In addition, there are many brick and mortar stores and restaurants surrounding it. I take all of my out of town friends here to visit it.

You will need a Smartrip card. You can get one a the metro station.
