Εξωτερικό ασφαλές για παιδιά, εμπνευστικό για καλλιτέχνες. 2 αυλές, μπάρμπεκιου, κήπος. 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 2 μπάνια, σαλόνι, πιάνο, κουζίνα, 4 air condition. Ο 1ος όροφος κατοικείται από τους ιδιοκτήτες με ανεξάρτητη είσοδο. Δωρεάν πάρκινγκ στο άλσος. Μέχρι 6 επισκέπτες. Δωρεάν παρκοκρέβατο ή στρώμα για επιπλέον παιδί. Επιτρέπονται κατοικίδια.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.

Our house is a space for anyone who loves the immediate contact with the sea and the land. It is an opportunity for an alternative touristic experience, as it is literally beside the sea , with only the beach inbetween, such that the visitor feels that he has total privacy there.A vegetable garden and a well are available there, and only a 15 -minute walk will bring you to the scenic, traditional fishing village of Ormou Marathokabou.
