Traditional house in Patrika one of the medieval villages of south chios specialy constructed for the collection of the mastic.Dating back to medieval times, fully renovated in 2018 with respect to the traditional architecture. Special attention was given to the decoration, to the luxury and the comfort. Built in two levels, it contains 2 spacious bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom, an attic with double bed, a terrace with view to the sea and the mountains, and a balcony to the village square.

Thanks to its special location, the house is like a real oasis: in the middle of the village and yet far away from the noise and the hustle and bustle. It is an original stone house built from solid stone, hence the thick walls (approx. 60 cm) All trendy restaurants, cafes, and boutiques are within a few minutes' walking distance.
