Εχει θέρμανση και ψύξη , με μοντέρνα τουαλέτα, ενώ ταυτόχρονα διαθέτει όλα τα απαραίτητα όπως σαμπουάν , αφρόλουτρο , ψυγείο, κουζίνα κ τα αντίστοιχα σκεύη για όλες τις χρήσεις. Το καλύτερο είναι πως δεν το πιάνει Θόρυβος της πόλης και έχει καλή ηχομόνωση, ενώ είναι και στο ισόγειο .

Τα δωμάτια προσφέρουν ηρεμία και έχουν παλιά έπιπλα με χαρακτήρα. Το μπάνιο έχει μπανιέρα και ζεστό νερό. Η κουζίνα είναι ανεξάρτητη και έχει ψυγείο, κουζινάκι, ηλεκτρικό ματάκι για καφέ ελληνικό (όλα καινούργια), απορροφητήρα. Εχει Ολα τα αναγκαία σε πιάτα, ποτήρια. Αν χρειαστεί κάποιος κάτι περισσότερο...... θα είμαι δίπλα να βοηθήσω ! WiFi ΔΩΡΕΑΝ.

This two floor stone house is located on a big organic farm, 20 minutes outside from the city of Patra. The house is independent and has it's own veranda. Relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful sunset, hike on the nearby hills and streams. Or walk around the farm, and try some of the season's produce. The farm produces wine, olive oil, oranges and mandarines and many kinds of fruit and vegetables. I live also on the farm, with my husband. We are a quite family and we love our farm.
