Nelly's Dream

A beautiful traditional house in the heart of Syros town, at the exclusive picturesque 'Vaporia' neighbourhood. The house is built on the rocks, with a unique view of the Aegean sea. It is built on four levels (many steps!) with private access to the seaside and a private open terrace. The two advertised, private rooms, are located on levels 3 and 4 and are accessible through the main entrance through level 1 (street level). The host family of two and a small dog and cat, live on levels 1 & 2.

Top Vue Apartment

Top Vue has great views and great amenities with style. Pin back the windows and enjoy the amazing views. It has a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, full size oven and stove top along with an Air Fryer, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)

Aegean View Seaside Home with Sea Access

Idyllic hillside location by the coast with magnificent endless views of the blue sea! Fully equipped two-room apartment, with exit to the courtyard with BBQ. It's 65sq.m. has two spaces one is 40sqm. with bedroom, bathroom and an open plan kitchen/dining/living area with double sofa bed. The second space has a double bed, wardrobes & a bathroom of 25sqm. The doors lead directly to the courtyard which overlooks the sea. In addition, the yard has a stone-built BBQ and a traditional oven.

The 1870 listed neoclassical town house lies in the heart of Ermoupolis. The entire second floor, saved for our guests, is a spacious and sunny suite with a spectacular view over the city and the Aegean sea. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a living room with access to a balcony and a kitchen. On the third floor is a huge terrace. The space is perfect for families, couples or a group of friends and everything is at a very short walking distance.

Small stone house in Ano Syros

This place has a style of its own. Located in the center of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private upper terrace ( reachable by the ladder ) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area , sunny all day long . Many restaurants , caffès and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros , there are many !
