A newly constracted cottage house, located in Agios Dimitrios area in the southeastern side of Tinos island. Total environmentally friendly and autonomous as the electricity power comes from solar panels. 1 master bedroom with double bed, living room with two sofas that can be used to accomodate one adult and a child. Villa Daphne

Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη villa Daphne. Μια καλαίσθητη μονοκατοικία που βρίσκεται μόλις 4’ λεπτά με αμάξι απο την χώρα της Τήνου. Η μαγική της θέα, καθώς και το απέραντο γαλάζιο που συναντάς σε κάθε γωνιά του σπιτιού προσφέρουν μια μοναδική και αξέχαστη διαμονή. Διακρίνεται για την άνεση και την ηρεμία που προσφέρει, ενώ φιλοξενεί άνετα από ένα έως και δύο ζευγάρια. Εσείς δεν έχετε παρά να απολαύσετε τον ήλιο,την απερίγραπτη θέα και να αφεθείτε στην άγρια ομορφιά και την ενέργεια του νησιού.

Pelagos

Το Pelagos είναι χτισμένο σε Κυκλαδίτικο στυλ και βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Άγιος Σώστης της Τήνου. Η πλήρως εξοπλισμένη μονάδα προσφέρει θέα στο Κυκλαδίτικο Πέλαγος και βλέπει Μύκονο, σας προσφέρει όλα τα σκεύη κουζίνας που θα θέλατε για να μαγειρέψετε, διαθέτει aircodition σε όλα τα δωμάτια καθώς και στην κουζίνα/καθιστικό. Στα 50 μέτρα μακριά υπάρχει θάλασσα με μια μικρή παραλία καλά κρυμμένη από τον Κυκλαδίτικο αέρα. Στα 150 μέτρα μακριά υπάρχει η μεγάλη παραλία με άμμο του Αγ. Σώστη.

Tinos Traditional Stone Studio

Το στούντιο είναι ένα παραδοσιακό πέτρινο οίκημα που βρίσκεται σε ένα κτήμα περιστοιχισμένο από δένδρα και λουλούδια. Η θέα προς Μύκονο, Δήλο και άλλα Αιγαιοπελαγίτικα Νησιά είναι μοναδική. Κοντά υπάρχουν πολλές οργανωμένες παραλίες καθώς και η γνωστή παραλία της Παχιά ΄Αμμου. Στην περιοχή υπάρχουν εστιατόρια-ταβέρνες, μινι μαρκετ . Δίπλα από το κτήμα βρίσκεται ένα από τα πολλά παραδοσιακά μονοπάτια του νησιού. Η απόσταση από το λιμάνι της Τήνου είναι περίπου 6 χιλιόμετρα.

If you wish to enjoy your holidays in a quiet, sunny, family friendly environment, you are at the right place. This is a fully refurbished house, only 150m away from Agios Fokas beach ( just 2 minutes away, on footβ) and 2km away from the centre of the town and the port of Tinos ( only 3-4 minutes distance by means of transport ). The accommodation is on the ground floor and accessible for our guests with mobility difficulties. A special chair is available for their shower.

Aegean view from a Cycladic house

The house is located at Agios Ioannis, in the area of Porto, 7 km from the center of the town. Ιt is located in the second floor and it has independent entrance. Its balcony has a view to the Aegean and also to the facing islands of Delos and Myconos. At the ground floor there is a garden and parking space. Inside the house, there is a room with a double bed, a living room with a table and 4 chairs and two single-beds. Also there is the kitchen and the bathroom.

For the 2025 season, the complex’s swimming pool will NOT be available. Enjoy your stay in a magnificent property located extremely close to the sea (150m flat road). A maisonette built and decorated in complete harmony with the Cycladic architecture. It consists of two levels and has a large living room, terrace with large dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and WC. The house is independent and is located in a real estate complex.
