Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Ideal location for those who are interested in island hopping. Most of the Greek Islands are linked by ferry to Piraeus Port and our house is only 10 minutes far from the port.

This is an elegant, brand new open plan studio of 32 m² (STUDIO 1) located just in front of the beach at the small picturesque Greek village Vivari! The village is just 12km from Nafplio, close to the most wonderful sites of Argolida and Peloponnese! The functional and well detailed design of the studio combined with the astonishing view from its private balcony to Vivari gulf will give you the best holiday experience!

Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
