Nested in a private 2hectares olive grove, 20metres from a peaceful beach, 5' walk from the market&taverns.

Το Marilita's House είναι ένα ευρύχωρο, ολοκαίνουριο διαμέρισμα στο κέντρο της Μεθώνης που προσφέρει μια μοναδική εμπειρία χαλάρωσης και εύκολης προσβασιμότητας σε οικογένειες, παρέες νέων, μικρούς και μεγάλους. Βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με τα πόδια από την παραλία, 3 λεπτών με τα πόδια από τον αρχαιολογικό χώρο (κάστρο Μεθώνης), δίπλα στην αγορά, τα καφέ και τα εστιατόρια. Διαθέτει όλες τις ανέσεις και προσφέρει άμεση εξυπηρέτηση από τους ιδιοκτήτες.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.
