Διαθέτει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι, καναπέ και πολυθρόνα που ανοίγουν και γίνονται διπλό και μονό κρεβάτι αντίστοιχα. Για αρχή υπήρξε ο λίθος οπού στα αρχαία ελληνικά ονομάζεται η πέτρα ,κύριο χαρακτηριστικό της δόμησης του και ύστερα ήρθε η θέα για την οποία ο καθένας θα μείνει έκπληκτος από την έκταση της. Όλα αυτά συντέλεσαν στην επινόηση των Lithea villas .
