Η κατοικία διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια, μία μεγάλη κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, μεγάλο κοινόχρηστο χώρο, μπάνιο και WC, δύο όμορφα μπαλκόνια με θέα για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ιδιωτικότητας καθώς και άνετο δωρεάν χώρο στάθμευσης.

Η θέα από την βεράντα μας η οποία είναι 30 τ.μ είναι μοναδική. Θα απολαύσετε την φιλοξενία μας. Η πρόσβαση στην θάλασσα είναι σε 1 λεπτό και θα μπορείτε να απολαύσετε την έξοδο σας στα πλησιέστερα καφέ και εστιατόρια του χωριού. Η διαμονή σας σε εμάς θα σας μείνει αξέχαστη!

The perfect place to relax and soak up the sun, with the Mediterranean only steps away from your own private beachfront house. The two double bedrooms comfortably fit four people. The couches in the living space have been custom made and sleep a further one person. The house has been renovated to include all the modern comforts such as dishwasher, washer/dryer for clothes, fully equipped kitchen, reverse cycle air-conditioning and wifi.

Amazing view in Kapsali

Located in Kapsali, Kythira, just a few steps from the beach and only two kilometers from Chora (Kythira), with breathtaking view over the bay and the Venetian Castle. The house is on the groundfloor of a two-storey residence (entrance from the main road) while it also has access to the beach road through private stairs. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning while bedrooms facing road are equipped with double glazing windows.
