Woodworker's Place Chora, Serifos

Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. The beautiful pool with magic view is shared with Chalakia house 2. The parking is 100metres from the house. The car does not go all the way to the house, to get there you will need to follow a path of 30 meters.

Our brand new accommodation is located 30 m from the sea, in Seralia, Sifnos. Going down a few steps of a paved path of the area, you will find the Egremnos Luxury House in a magnificent and rocky natural cove of the island. Our house is 38 m2, fully equipped for a comfortable holiday. Enjoy your breakfast on the sunny terrace with a standing sea view. Take a swim in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.

SeraliaSeaSide

The small house is located in Seralia (Castro) only 20m from a beach. It has been recently renovated in a traditional style. Simple, beautiful, and functional, it is a compact 25 m² space featuring a double bed, a sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchen and a washing machine. It offers stunning sea views and a peaceful atmosphere. From the parking area, there are stairs leading down to the house.

We are waiting to offer you hospitality in a quiet,clean and friendly environment in Livadi,Serifos. The room has a view on the east side of the island and is located 200 metres from the central square of the town (5-7 minute walk). There you will find car rentals,restaurants,cafes,nightclubs,banks,supermarkets etc. and the bus station where you can go to most places on the island.

Built at the hillside "En Lefko" offers peace and quiet along with a unique view of the magnificent Chora. The house is located at the island's main town, Livadi and it takes only some minutes walking , to get to the center, where you can find all you probably need. Small but fully equiped will offer you some easy going and relaxing days!

Our Studios are located on the traditional cobblestone path of Ano Petali. Our location is ideal since banks, pharmacies, bus stops, taxis, restaurants, coffee shops and small supermarkets can be found nearby. While staying into our studios you can also enjoy the magnificent view of Aegean Sea and the small villages as well.
