Traditional Cottage

Το σπίτι μας βρίσκεται σε ένα γραφικό χωριό, μόλις 9 χιλιόμετρα από το Λεωνίδιο. Αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες, 1 κουζίνα με καθιστικό και 1 μπάνιο. Στο σπίτι υπάρχει ένας τεράστιος περιφραγμένος κήπος 200 τετραγωνικών μέτρων με 2 καταπράσινες κληματαριές και 1 μηλιά. Από το μπαλκόνι του σπιτιού απολαμβάνεις τη μοναδική θέα του προφήτη Ηλία και του καταπράσινου βουνού. Μόλις 10 μέτρα από το σπίτι βρίσκεται η παιδική χαρά. Επίσης 100 μέτρα από το σπίτι είναι η ταβέρνα και το καφενείο του χωριού. Η παραλία της πλάκας είναι 9 χιλιόμετρα από το σπίτι. Η παραλία στο Φωκιανό είναι 25 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο. Θα είναι μεγάλη μας χαρά να σας φιλοξενήσουμε στο σπίτι μας. Για οποιαδήποτε πληροφορία μη διστάσετε να επικοινωνήσετε μαζί μας.

Traditional house providing plenty modern necessities. At the peaceful Upper Tyros village. A fantastic position from which you can have an amazing panoramic view to the mountain, the village, the sea and the islands across. Ideal for relaxing or as a base for excursions around Peloponnese. Not far from beautiful beaches to visit!

Το Father's Memories 1 βρίσκεται στο γραφικό χωριό Πολύδροσο - Τσίντζινα του Νομού Λακωνίας στο όρος Πάρνωνας. Είναι ένα ήσυχο, γραφικό χωριό με απίστευτη θέα καθώς το πράσινο του βουνού αγκαλιάζει το γραφικό αυτό χωριό. Η αίσθηση της επιστροφής στη φύση, ο καθαρός αέρας, ο πλουραλισμός αισθήσεων και συναισθημάτων που προσφέρει η περιοχή, σου δίνουν την ευκαιρία να ζήσεις μοναδικές στιγμές ηρεμίας και γαλήνης με αγαπημένα πρόσωπα, απολαμβάνοντας το φυσικό κάλλος.

Στη καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου, κάτω από τη σκιά του επιβλητικού Κοκκινόβραχου και μόλις 2χλμ, από τις πανέμορφες παραλίες του Μυρτώου πελάγους το σπίτι μας είναι έτοιμο να σας προσφέρει εκπληκτικές διακοπές. Το σπίτι μας είναι studio και φιλοξενεί 2 άτομα. Είναι καινούριο (2019) και έχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα. Στον κήπο μπορείτε να πάρετε το πρωινό σας, να απολαύσετε την ημέρα κάτω από τη φυσική σκιά των δέντρων και να χαλαρώσετε το βράδυ.

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

This cool semi-basement apartment makes the existing air conditioning unnecessary. The ideal starting point to explore the beautiful attractions of Mystras, Monemvasia and Mani. Sofa turning into a bed makes this place suitable for families as well. All necessities (super market, bakery, petrol station) at your doorstep, with Sparti city centre a 10 minute walk.
