The house is located on the edge of the cape, just only 20 meters from the sea. It is about 35 minutes drive from Athens airport and about 50 minutes away from Athens city center. The center of Lavrion is only a 5 minute drive and there you can find many tavernas, coffee shops, super markets and bars.

It is a home by the sea, south of Kythnos at Agios Dimitrios, 17 km (20 minutes) from the island's main port of Merichas. The villa has a large courtyard with unlimited sea views. There is a lounge and dining area outside. Inside, the guest will find everything they need to make their stay enjoyable. On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms, and a larger bathroom.

The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
