This characteristic Cycladic fully renovated stone-built house of more than 150 years old, formerly used as a wine press tastefully decorated, it provides you with an authentic quiet atmosphere of days long forgotten. This unique small house is the perfect place as a base to explore plenty sandy beaches and the mainland of Kea Island enjoying traditional way of living. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, a bathroom, a dinning table and a sitting area with two sofas where an additional two people can sleep and there is a curtain for visual isolation and privacy. There is access to a large covered terrace, one open kitchen sink, one wood dining table and deck chairs, which allow you to enjoy the sea view.

The beach is 60 m distance from the property & is accessible through the garden. The house is split into two separate levels (Villa Amelia and Villa Agelos). Amelia 's guests have their fully private level, complete with living area, kitchen, 1 master bedroom & toilet, en suite bathroom. They also have their own patios with sea views.

Kythnos Pleasure Vol.2 (Villa Lussa Kythnos)

It is my pleasure to have the chance to host you in my tradiotional house at Kythnos island. The very house is located exactly on the centre of the island, a few metres outside of the traditional village Dryopida. For instance, this acommodation is 8km far of the port Merichas, 6km from the capital (Chora), while the closest beach is 3km far (Lefkes).
