Located in a laid back hidden alley in the centre of the old town of Parikia and just a few steps away from the pedestrian market street. The built house is embracing the island’s tranquility by offering you everything you need within a few square meters and a veranda with heart opening views over a traditional Cycladic chapel and a little park full of pomegranate trees.

Private access to the beach is only a few steps away. The house can sleep up to 4 people and is fully equipped to offer a relaxing holiday escape. Our villa is totally independent and has an unobstructed sea view to the port of Parikia. Our private swimming pool provide to our guests relaxing moments sitting to our over-sized built in sofas. It is 33 square meters and has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, a living room, 1bathroom and veranda with jacuzzi is not heated. You deliver it clean with sheets and towels and there is not a service include during your stay.

Antiparos House in the Kastro

It was built by the Venetians in the 15th century as a part of a complex of 24 houses joined into a square defensive form that surrounded and protected the main tower that used to be there. This complex of houses is called 'Kastro' meaning castle. The house retains all charm from the past and offers the ideal holiday house. This cozy house is located in the heart of the village of Antiparos.

The studio is located in the center of Paroikia. It is ideal for couples and friends alike. The decoration is simple, with traditional touches. Outside there are stone tables and chairs to enjoy your breakfast. Still, the garden has olive trees that offer shade and relaxation. At 30 meters there is a super market. Within a 5-minute walk you will find yourself on the main beach of the island.

Each villa has spacious living room with built-in sofas & fireplace, large kitchen, comfortable dining area, 2 or 3 bedrooms, 1 or 2 bathrooms and big verandas.
