Το κατάλυμα Dominic Near The Port βρίσκεται 30 μέτρα από το λιμάνι. Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.

Παραδοσιακή πέτρινη μεζονέτα του 19ου αιώνα. Αποτελείται από δύο επίπεδα 35τμ το κάθε ένα που συνδέονται με εσωτερική σκάλα.
