The cosy living room is separated from the bedroom by a handmade wooden stair that assures a romantic stay in the attic of the house! There is also a small patio where you can have your breakfast, enjoy your coffee, a glass of wine and for smoking fans, your cigarette! The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood with mini markets, grocery stores and beautiful cafes only 10 minutes on foot from Acropolis temple, museum and Plaka. Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. You can also walk to Psirri, Petralona and Gazi where you can enjoy a variety of cafes and restaurants. Many art studios and galleries within easy walk as well as Ermou, the most popular shopping street. The house has a fully equipped kitchen, free wi-fi access, floor heating, individual air conditioning system, flat screen TV with many satellite channels, 24h hot water. It has one bedroom and a bright new sofa (expandable to a comfortable double bed). It is ideal for couples, friends as well as families with children. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired I can arrange a comfortable transportation from and to the airport 24h / 7days a week at a very low cost. The direct metro blue line from Athens International Airport (Kerameikos stop), as well as the green metro line (Thiseio stop) are within walking distance. Don't hesitate for a late or a very late check-in! If desired a comfortable transportation from and to the airport/port at a low cost can be arranged 24/7! Kerameikos and Monastiraki tube station, as well as Thiseio and Petralona train station are all within walking distance. Easy to park your car exactly outside the house. It's consisted of one bedroom with a comfy double bed ,a lovely living room with a foldaway sofa that can be used by two people,a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a quiet small yard where you can relax anytime of day! Our concern is to have the best stay in Athens. We will personally welcome you at your arrival and provide you with all the important information about the apartment and Athens, places to go, things to do.... There is always something new to explore... Ano Petralona is a calm area in the centre of town that combines the old with the modern. Explore bars cafes and restaurants, all nearby. Walk to the must-see sites like the Acropolis, Plaka, Filopappou Hill, Monastiraki, and Thisio. Train station "Petralona" is in a 4min walking distance and offers direct connection to metro and simultaneously to all important spots of town. Port of Piraeus can be reached in 15min by train and the Athens Airport in 45 min by metro.

Moreover, Moschato is near with only 2 station far away from Pireaus station and there you can take a ship for a variety of greek islands. In a heartbeat away from Moschato you find Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center and further little port in Kastela city.
