In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Pineforest Villa pool and BBQ w/ a splash of glam

The villa sits in an elevated position on a hiltop of Ioannina city and has a fantastic view! The center is 2 minutes by car or you can take a walk downhill (25 minutes) and return by taxi (+-5 euro). There is a pine forrest a few steps from the house where you can take a walk or do a bit of jogging. The house has a private swimming pool ( May-September) and an outdoor BBQ where you can relax and enjoy your day! there is a large parking area outside the house! The house sleeps 7 people!
