Ideally located at just 600 meters away from the centre of Chora, the Capital of Ios, it is perfect for your stay at the island. Kolitsani beach is also really close to the house, just a 10-minute walk via pathway. (Total area of villa : 189m2) The traditional aesthetic and thoughtful design of the villa, along with all the modern amenities offered will guarantee a pleasant and confy experience for families and couples.

The house is situated in a quiet part of the island which is called Agiassos , 20 Km away from the port. It is a few meters from the sandy beach of Agiassos.The main house has two bedrooms with double-beds,there is a fully equipped kitchen, a sofa-bed in the living room and a bathroom with a shower.The house has also a balcony with an amazing sea view and shared garden..The accommodation tax per day is €8.00. It must be paid in cash upon arrival or departure. You will receive a receipt.

This place was a small cafe before. Was abandoned for about 20 years and, as i like to transform, I turned it to a cosy nest for my family.
