Our 200 years old traditional house is perfectly maintained and it will work as a time capsule, in which you will travel in much more authentic times, where good taste was synonymous to simplicity and people had enough time to dream. The shady garden plays the role of the conductor, sets the rules and interacts in a relaxing but at the same time demanding way. Everything takes place in or around this oasis. My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

Διαμέρισμα 51 τμ.(υπνοδωμάτιο και καναπέ κρεβάτι), τεράστιο μπαλκόνι , απέραντη θέα στο λιμάνι του Πορτοχελίου. Στο κέντρο της διασκέδασης ( εστιατόρια, καφέ , μπαρ),κοντά σε αγορά, ταξί, σούπερ μάρκετ, ιπτάμενα δελφίνια. Το δημόσιο πάρκιγκ βρίσκεται σε απόσταση 50 μέτρων. Από το διαμέρισμα, υπάρχει η δυνατότητα περιπάτου κατά μήκος του λιμανιού, καθώς και περιπάτου γύρω από το χωριό, στο γραφικό λιμανάκι της Μπάλτιζας. Υπέροχο πρωινό με την ανατολή του ήλιου, ειδυλλιακό ηλιοβασίλεμα.

Big families and friends can easily be accommodated. It's close to famous restaurants and bars. There is a mini market in 1min walking distance. You can take a sea taxi or horse carriage just 100m from the house. The town center & port of the island is 20min walking distance or 5min by taxi, horse carriage or motorcycle/bicycle.
