Cosy, restored self-catering barn with a log burner. The barn is Grade 2 listed and retains the original 17th century wooden beams. Situated only 7 minute drive from the Rhyd Ddu Snowdon path. Located on a secluded working mountain farm, overlooking the famous village of Beddgelert, just a 10 minute walk down through the fields and ancient oak woodland. This turf covered cabin is a blend of Viking longhouse and underground hobbit hideaway. It's in a beautiful spot in our orchard between the mountains and the sea on our small permaculture farm. A original slate miners cottage built in the late 1800's . Located in Tanygrisau , just outside of the historic Slate mining town of Blaenau Ffestiniog . It is well positioned just a short walk away from all the shops and amenities the town has to offer with the local pub also just up the road . The narrow gauge steam railway runs past the back garden and can also be seen from the rear bedroom. Close by we have Llechwedd slate caverns, zipwires and mountain biking.
