Our home is an authentic cycladic stone house, built in 1830 and restored in 2005 and 2018, which provides all the comforts to the visitors. The upper balconies have a stunning view of the port and the 2 main churches of the island and the port from. The location, only 5 mins on foot from the center of Ermoupolis, offers the perfect opportunity to explore this beautiful town. During your accomodation you will be provided with hypoallergenic bed linens, 100% cotton, including 3 towels and 1 sea towel per person, as well as kitchen utensils.

Small stone house in Ano Syros

This place has a style of its own. Located in the centre of the medieval settlement of Ano Syros. The house has a private ( only for the guests ) upper terrace ( reachable by 2 ladders) with the stunning sea view of Ermoupoli with its port/shipyard. There is a private outdoor dining area .Sometimes cats come by to say hello , pls don’t feed them. Many restaurants and stores are just around the corner. The nearest parking lot is 4 min by foot. Don’t forget the stairs of Ano Syros ,there are many!

It has a fridge with a freezer, a washing machine, full size oven and stove top along with an Air Fryer, toaster, kettle and sandwich maker. You can choose to use the air conditioners, the two portable fans, or just open the windows and enjoy the views. The modern rain shower has plenty of room. A short walk from Kamara and the restaurants and shops of Ano Syros, but not too close:)

Traditional Medieval Stone house in "Ano Syros"

Μοναδική, πέτρινη παραδοσιακή οικία, εντός μεσαιωνικού οικισμού Άνω Σύρου. Η κατοικία έχει αδειοδοτηθεί από τον ΕΟΤ ως τουριστικό κατάλυμα. Χρονολογείται από τα τέλη 16ου αιώνα. Πλήρως ανακαινισμένη χωρίς να έχει αλλάξει ο παραδοσιακός της χαρακτήρας. Στον πάνω όροφο βρίσκεται το καθιστικό (με έναν καναπέ-διπλό κρεβάτι) καθώς και η κουζίνα (εξωτερική). Στον κάτω όροφο βρίσκεται η κρεβατοκάμαρα, με διπλό κρεβάτι, και το μπάνιο. Ιδανική για δύο άτομα, ενώ μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως τέσσερα.

Καλώς ορίσατε στο παραδοσιακό δωμάτιο το ¨Καλντερίμι¨.Το κτήριο χρονολογείται από τον 16ο αιώνα και βρίσκεται μέσα στον οικισμό της Άνω Σύρου, κοντά στην Πιάτσα(το κέντρο του οικισμού,όπου βρίσκονται οι ταβέρνες,τα καφέ-μπαρ,το μουσείο του Μάρκου Βαμβακάρη) και τον Καθεδρικό Ναό Σαν Τζώρτζη.Μια πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένη μεζονέτα,που μπορεί να φιλοξενίσει μέχρι 3 άτομα.Από την βεράντα μπορείς να δεις το Αιγαίο Πέλαγος, καθώς και την Ερμούπολη.Σας ευχόμαστε καλή διαμονή και καλές διακοπές.

Είναι ιδανικό για παρέες, ζευγάρια, οικογένειες που δεν θέλουν να έχουν μεταφορικό μέσο και να μπορούν με άνεση να κινούνται με τα πόδια στο κέντρο της Ερμούπολης. Το κατάλυμα αποτελείται από 2 κρεβατοκάμαρες όπου η μία έχει διπλό κρεβάτι και η άλλη αποτελείται από δύο μονά κρεβάτια. Διαθέτει ένα μπάνιο και καθιστικό.

Χτισμένο το 16ο αιώνα, έχει ανακαινιστεί με μεράκι και σεβασμό στην παράδοση, κρατώντας όλα τα αρχιτεκτονικά χαρακτηριστικά της εποχής. Προσεγγίζεται από την είσοδο του οικισμού «Πάνω Τέρμα». Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 3 άτομα σε 1 διπλό κρεβάτι και 2 καναπέ-κρεβάτι.
