The two-storey detached house covers a total area of 180 sq. m., composed of a kitchen, dining room, spacious living room, 2 bedrooms with A/C, WC, and bathroom. 1865 Traditional Spetsiot House

In the Kounoupitsa area a stone warehouse and wine barrel workshop of 1865 was transformed many years ago into two country houses of a brother and sister.
