We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast located in Springdale only 3/4 miles to the entrance of Zion National Park. We are situated on 2.5 acres of green lawn & desert landscaping that offer stunning views of the canyon from any one of our many sitting areas. Included in your stay are hearty, homemade breakfast burritos to-go & coffee to fuel your day of hiking & adventure. The house is decorated with art from local artisans, native decor, and charming antiques acquired over 20 years of operation.

You have two upstairs rooms & a private Full Bath, plus access to a 1/2 bath off the entry, if needed. 1 The Cowboy room -12X22ft, has 3 beds: Queen, Double & a Single. 2 The Blue Room -12X16ft, has a queen bed. Both rooms have a space heater in winter, air unit in summer, small worktable, chair, & small refrigerator each. Breakfast is cereal-bread-fruit-Almond milk-Yogurt-Cream Cheese. It's just there if you need it in the morning. There's a nice picnic area in the back yard as well.

Red Rock Inn - Narrows

Attractively appointed with one king bed, this cottage can accommodate two people. It features beautiful garden and canyon views under the shade of one of Springdale’s oldest pecan trees. This cottage has a private entrance, individual patio, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, DVD player, refrigerator and in-room safe.
