Stonehouse Milan is located in a peaceful and quiet area in a small fishing village in Zadar County district of north Dalmatia with a wonderful panorama view of the great Velebit mountain and the adriatic sea. You have your own tiny and cute stonehouse, private pool and big garden for yourself for enjoying privacy almost without any neighbours around the area. The house is 900m away from the beach. Stonehouse Milan is in a central postion for visiting many sight seeings, nationalparks etc.

Ova nova, moderna kuća smještena je u Zemuniku Donjem, 10km od Zadra. Idealan odabir za obitelji s djecom. Nalazi se na ograđenom imanju sa bazenom, travnjakom, roštiljem i velikim parkingom. It is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay: a pool, deck chairs, a barbecue, Wi-Fi, cable TV... Guests can swim in the pool, enjoy walks and bike rides in Krka National Park, excellent wine and gastronomy, stunning beaches about 20 km away, or city tours of Šibenik, Zadar and Split.

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ). Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the apartment
