Im Untergeschoß befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie 2 Badezimmer, eines davon mit WC. Der See ist in 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zentrum von Zell am See ist 1,5 km entfernt. In dit fijne huis met veel ruimte kom je helemaal tot rust. De omgeving is rustig, maar je bent binnen een paar minuten in levendige dorpen. Er is een grote woonkeuken met 5 slaapkamers. Daarnaast zit er een tuin bij met een heerlijk zitgedeelte. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur. Daarnaast bieden we optioneel (tegen vergoeding) nog wat extra‘s: -Garage ruimte -Twee E-bikes -Twee normale mountainbikes Zo kunnen jullie fietsend de omgeving verkennen.
