Casa Pineta is submerged in umbrella pinewood trees in front of the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. The centre of the village is in walking distance while a 1min path in the woods will get you under your umbrella by the sea! Casa Pineta è immersa in un bosco di pini marittimi di fronte alla bellissima spiaggia di sabbia di Marina di Campo. Il centro del paese dista pochi minuti a piedi mentre 50 passi nella pineta priva di auto vi porteranno sotto il vostro ombrellone in riva al mare!

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

*Between a reservation and another there's an empty day used to clean and sanitize the house, (ozone machine)* A few minutes of distance from the little gulf of Sant'Andrea with the beautiful sandy beach, rocky surface and the cove of Cotoncello. There's a little bakery almost in front of the house and a tiny market at the closest village La Zanca (5 mins by foot) and a little bar, perfect during the sunset to enjoy a cocktail and some appetizers with a wonderful orange seascape view.

Accogliente appartamento al pian terreno nel cuore del centro storico di Piombino, situato nel tranquillo Vicolo del Giardino, accanto alla Chiesa di San Antimo Martire. L'interno, ben arredato e curato, offre un'atmosfera e rilassante. In fondo al vicolo, si apre un piccolo scorcio di mare, che aggiunge fascino al contesto. A pochi passi da ristoranti, negozi e luoghi storici, è la base ideale per esplorare la città, immersi nella sua autenticità.

Casa Oliva nasce nell'estate 2021 dalla ristrutturazione dell'appartamento al primo piano di una grande casa di famiglia - la mia! - che è stato diviso in 2. Questo è l'appartamento più piccolo ed è concepito come un unico arioso ambiente. Si trova in posizione privilegiata: appena fuori dalla confusione della mondana Marina di Campo, circondata dal verde ma a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare e dal centro.

Grazioso e accogliente bilocale adatto per due/tre persone, arredato con cura. Il terrazzo privato è ampio e arredato affaccia sul mare e il frutteto/vigneto, di fronte non vi sono case, il silenzio è perfetto per riposarsi e godere di una splendida natura. La casa non ha strade vicine. Dotato di climatizzatore. Parcheggio privato. Adatto ad accogliere gli amici pelosi, il terrazzo è chiuso.
