Cocina equipada total, 1 baño con zona de ducha y bañera y zona de tocador, 1 aseo. Calefacción. En altillo, zona de estar con gran ventanal, sofá cama, armario ropero,tv. y zona de juegos de mesa.

Spacious house with garden, 2 bedrooms and 3 beds. Very well placed to visit the Basque Country. Just 1 minute from the motorway connecting to Donostia-San Sebastian (20 minutes), Biarritz (30 minutes), Bilbao and Guggenheim (1h15min), and the whole Basque coast. Being well connected means that there may be some traffic (not the highway) outside of the house, with some noise during peak hours. It is within a 5-minute walk from the Spanish border and its shops. Enjoy our home!
