Smještaj se nalazi u selu Pošćenski Kraj, u zoni NP Durmitor koji je na UNESCO Listi. Preciznije, "Koliba" se nalazi u samom podnožju Durmitora- Savinog kuka. Sa druge strane, objekat je veoma dostupan, asfaltnim putem,dolazi se nadomak smještaja. Sami objekat, bio je tradicionalna koliba u kojoj je decenijama unazad porodica domaćina boravila u ljetnjim mjesecima, kada je ujedno služio i za proizvodnju sira i skorupa. Renoviran i predstavlja udobnu oazu, koja je spoj tradicionalnog i modernog.

Opustite se sa celom porodicom u ovom mirnom smeštaju. Kuća se nalazi u samom centru Zabljaka. Ima veliku terasu sa koje se pruža pogled na Durmitor. Čuveno Crno jezero je jako blizu.
