Laundry room with washer/drier combo plus iron. The lounge is fitted with a flat screen smart TV with fibre & DSTV. An indoor braai room / fireplace which opens out onto the back yard, where there is a boma and bench. The rear gate leads to the pristine Mile 16 white sandy beach, approximately 25m away.

Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. Situated 96km outside Cape Town, it is an ideal getaway right on the beach with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small mezzanine with a sofa-bed for kids (accessed by a wall ladder), a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer and washing machine), open plan dining and lounge and a deck with barbecue. Forest Lodge

The Forest Lodge is a two-bedroom unit each with a queen size bed and en-suite bathroom, one with a shower and bath and other with a shower. The unit has a full kitchen and open-plan living area with a big hearth linking the two spaces. The lodge is fitted with American shutters, ensuring security in this very private setting. A 4.5-meter veranda is perfectly appointed to enjoy a glass of wine, a game of Scrabble or leisurely reading a book.
