Located on a no through road amidst tropical palms is our fully self contained 1 bedroom unit on the ground floor of our home. Surrounded by native bush and wildlife you get to experience the real Maggie just 1.5km from the ferry terminal and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. Fully air conditioned or enjoy the fresh air and wildlife sounds by utilizing the ceiling fans throughout. Share our large private pool with gorgeous tropical surrounds. The house is situated close to the CBD of Ingham and Railway station. The Herbert River district is sugar cane growing district, so therefore sugar trains run 24/7 from mid June to end November so could be a little nosy. The house has two bedrooms, each with air-conditioning. Main bedroom has a queen bed, 2nd room has 2 king single beds. Kitchen and lounge is open set, with a double fold out lounge. Laundry is down stairs, yard is fully fenced. We are pet friendly.
