Based in the Nidderdale area of outstanding natural beauty, the accommodation has its own private access and garden with seating area, internally the annex can accommodate 2 people and one friendly dog,unfortunately we can't accept Labradors due to the shedding of there coats, (please ensure you register your dog when booking). Ideal for cyclists, bird watchers, walkers and anyone who wishes to enjoy a rural location close to the attractions of the city of York. There is no regular public transport.

With eye catching views of the large garden and surrounding countryside, inside is cosy with a wood burning stove in the sitting room, and the bedroom tucked into the upper body of the cottage.

Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

We are in the countryside but only 2 miles from local amenities. Pocklington is 2 miles, The beautiful city of York is 12 miles, the coast is only an hours drive.
