No cable, a smart TV with apps.

Come stay in the BEACH ESCAPE! Walk 1,000 feet to Seabrook Beach in New Hampshire. After a day at the beach, come back to relax on the balcony overlooking the marsh, watch the sunsets and fireworks. The condo sleeps up to 3-4 people with a full sized bed and full sleeper sofa, TV, WiFi, kitchenette, central AC, and 2 chairs. Walk to amazing restaurants steps away. Just under a half a mile to all tourist attractions in Downtown Salem, but far enough away to be peaceful at night. Also a half mile from the commuter rail and a 40 minute ride from the airport. This listing includes one parking spot in an on site privately owned parking lot.
