The little house

Relax and enjoy this cozy little house located centrally in Richland Wa. at the foothills of Badger and Candy mountain. We are near shopping, restaurants, wineries and easy access to the Highway. We have some of the best wineries in the country. Lots of fun hiking trails and outdoor water recreation. The little house has a queen murphy bed, and another queen bed in the loft. It’s designed for 1-4 guests. Kitchenette includes fridge, microwave, toaster, Keurig, blender and electric skillet.

Big Bear Ranch House

Relax in a peaceful setting in the foothills outside of Yakima. Large great room to sit in front of gas stove after skiing, hiking, fishing or kayaking in the nearby rivers and mountains. Sit in the private hot tub, surrounded only by hills. A canal road out of the back for beautiful walks with your dog. Plenty of room for snowmobile trailers and turnaround. Private gated property shared with the Cub. Please Note: No smoking in the house or on property. Eight guests limit. EV CHARGER.

Ranchito in Leavenworth has River Beach access!

The cottage is a family home on 2 acres surrounded by orchard and horses. We have 2 horses living there and a big front yard with nice views. Our Ranchito’s decor has a western theme. It is 10 miles from Leavenworth, 5 miles from the house to our privately owned beach on the Wenatchee River that we allow our guests to use. The beach has swimming, easy access & parking. We operate a river tubing business there from July - August. We feed our horses twice daily. There is noise from hwy 97.

The Cottage at Sugarloaf Vineyard

Sugarloaf Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom cottage located in a very private setting on a Hilltop in the center of one of our vineyard's. Open concept home with outstanding views of the Yakima Valley and Cascade mountains while only 10 minutes from Yakima and all services. There are several wineries within 5 minutes' drive. The cottage is in an area frequently used by road and mountain bikers and hikers. You will be welcome to walk the vineyards and around sheep pastures on the farm.

The Villa at Bianchi Vineyards

1,100 sq ft home. Quiet setting at our working winery. Spectacular views of the Cascade Mt's and Columbia Valley. Perfect location for nearby activities: Gorge concerts(40 mi), skiing/snowboarding (19 mi), hiking, golfing, with quick access to Leavenworth, Wenatchee & Chelan.
