Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

It's a short walk to shops and amenities, the famous Esplanade and the newly renovated South Cliff gardens (and Cliff lift) leading down to the beach. Our purpose-built wooden camping pods offer a truly unique camping experience. These fantastic little pods have power sockets, heating and lights but you need to bring: -Blow up/ Camping Beds -All your camping and sleeping equipment! -BBQ/Gas hob -There is nothing supplied in the pod. There’s enough space for two double sized air mattresses or camp beds. Thanks to their fantastic insulation, the camping pods are cosy in the winter and cool in the summer.
