Unwind in the cozy living area furnished for relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen invites culinary adventures, enjoyed indoors or on the expansive covered porch. Outdoor amenities include a fire pit for marshmallow roasting, horseshoe pit, corn hole, and a tranquil pond, perfect for fishing and unwinding amidst nature's beauty.

Come Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It’s a great spot for a girls or couples weekend !!! Enjoy a big yard, newly built pond and a hot tub!! You get the whole house & property to yourself. The hot tub is a perfect spot for Stargazing on a clear night !! We have deer and turkeys that visit frequently. A newly built master bedroom overlooks the pond! Our quiet dirt road is Great for riding bikes and going for walks. This is a great spot unwind and recharge !

The Cottage at Grovedale

This tiny house, at a mere 234 square feet, is the perfect place to get in touch with nature, wine, and northeastern PA. Situated on historic Grovedale Farm, you have access to the winery and the property. It boasts modern amenities, such a heated towel bar, hot tub, and cozy fireplace. It has a comfortable loft, but also has a ground level pull out sofa. It is not far from gorgeous hiking trails and local kayak rentals. We are excited to welcome you! You must be 21 to book. No pets allowed.

Relax in the endless mountains of beautiful Sullivan County Pennsylvania at this quiet, clean and efficient modular home. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus extra room with an air mattress. Watch the deer graze in the back yard, walk into lovely downtown Dushore for lunch or dinner, check out local wineries, fish in the local ponds and hike in state parks (20-30 minutes away). Very quiet and peaceful. No dogs, cats or other animals allowed. Perfect for a summer weekend or hunting season.

Our one-bedroom space (& sleeper sofa) offers a sleek, modern stay in a conveniently centered location. Your travels may even align with something we have happening at the Studio next door.

The Railroad Scale House: 40 private acres & creek

Our cabin is conveniently located 1 mile outside of small town Dushore. It offers a private getaway on 40 acres of wooded land encompassing a creek, walking trails on the old railroad tracks and much more. The cabin offers a kitchen with stove and refrigerator. Spend family time in the living space and loft. Sit on the porch and enjoy listening to the creek while grilling. WIFI included Worlds End State Park & Ricketts Glenn State Park are both located within 20 minute drive
