Das Ferienhäuschen, am Dorfweiher gelegen, wurde 2017 liebevoll nach ökol. Gesichtspunkten renoviert. Der große sonnendurchflutete Wohn- Essbereich mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und die große Terrasse laden zum gemütlichen Beisammensein ein. Die Fränkische Schweiz bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Wanderwege führen z.B. direkt am Haus vorbei.

Es erwartet Sie ein freistehendes Einfamilienhaus mit großer Küche, Ess-/Wohnzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern, einem Büro & einem großen Garten mit möblierter Terrasse, Hängematte, Feuerstelle & Hochbeet. Perfekt um die Seele baumeln zu lassen, Zeit allein oder mit der gesamten Familie zu verbringen & die wunderschöne Umgebung zu erkunden. Der moderne aber gemütliche Stil zieht sich durch alle Räume des Hauses. Es wartet nur darauf, Sie begrüßen zu dürfen. Also, worauf warten Sie noch?

Ferienhaus Klaus (Kirchenlamitz)

Wir bieten ihnen auf 3 Etagen 1 Hauptbadezimmer, 1 Gästebad, 2 Schlafzimmer (mit je einem Doppelbett), 1 Galerie mit 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten, geräumige Wohnküche und das beeindruckende Wohnzimmer mit offenem Dachstuhl (weitere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit auf der Couch, sowie Kinderbett auf Anfrage). Bei Ankunft stehen ihnen Bettwäsche und Hand -sowie Duschtücher zur Verfügung, Waschmaschine und Trockner sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Die überdachte Terrasse und der Garten laden zum verweilen ein.

Hexenhäuschen im Fichtelgebirge

Wenn Sie Angst vor Spinnen haben sollten Sie dieses Häuschen nicht buchen. Wenn Sie gerne im Grünen sitzen oder in der Wiese liegen wollen schon eher. Sie sind umgeben von Bäumen, Büschen, Blumen und Weihern. Die Bundesstraße ist allerdings in Hörweite. Das Häuschen ist ca. 100 Jahre alt und sehr charmant. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man es nicht direkt mit dem Auto anfahren. Die Treppe ins Obergeschoss ist eng und steil. Bad und WC sind im Nebengebäude. Wobei „WC“ Kompostklo bedeutet.

At the moment, there´s space for the seven of you - relax between the apple trees in the garden or stay inside next to the sweden oven and watch netflix. You woun´t miss anything -spices, towels, hairdryer, shoehorn, books - feel free to use it all.
