Seaview Stay is cliff top escape with uninterrupted panoramic sea views. Enjoy the wonderful sunset and sunrise in this comfortable stylish 1 bedroom annex with your own terrace and private access. We are a 15 minute drive or a short bus ride into Brighton town centre with the added bonus of a beautiful and quiet location to return home to. Directly on the East Sussex coastal path with the nearest beach access only 5 minutes walk, also a short stroll into the beautiful South Downs National Park.

The Lodge 44a (refreshed in 2025!) is purpose built, STEP FREE, accessible, semi-detached bungalow (shower is NOT wheelchair accessible) on the edge of Worthing a short walk from the National Park. Consists of a King-size en-suite bedroom, very well equipped kitchen, cosy and comfortable lounge/diner/utility room with additional toilet/high end washer/dryer. The Riverbank is nestled in an RSPB nature reserve close to the South Downs National Park, and benefits from a wide range of bird and animal life. This unique community is home to around 55 houseboats of all shapes and sizes and is completely unique to the UK. Guests will have exclusive use of our traditional narrowboat, Rhubarb and Custard. This will be a totally unique experience, at one with nature and the perfect place to holiday with the family! You will be able to relax, swim, or cycle...

Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

The woodland Zeppelin is designed differently inside to the original Airship 001, to appeal to all couples and those who have enjoyed their stays with us, previously. This accommodation has no mains plug sockets and sparse mobile signal. It was designed by the architect Roderick James.
