Das Haus selbst liegt in einer absoluten Ruhelage direkt am Wald und eignet sich hervorragend zum relaxen und erholen. Ab Mitte September kommt noch ein 4 Schlafzimmer dazu, dann können bis zu 9 Personen in diesem Haus nächtigen.

In einer beschaulichen, kleinen Ortschaft am Fuße der Karawanken liegt die „Ferienwohnung am Bach“. Begrenzt von weitläufigen Obstgärten und einem kleinen rauschenden Bächlein lädt die neu renovierte Ferienwohnung zu erholsamen Momenten in ruhiger Umgebung. Neben der Feuerstelle/Grillplatz weiden die drei Eselinnen Leni, Alpina und Tamara. Ein paar Hühner und Katzen sind auch immer unterwegs.
