Elegant Epsom Flat in Period Building

Our spaces are designed solely for the use of our guests, not someone elses home rented while they are away for a while. Neither do we think of them as serviced apartments, we try to create spaces where you will feel at home from the moment you walk through the door. We do not cut corners and consistently invest in our properties to create an environment we would want to live in ourselves. We do charge a bit more but everything you need to run the apartment is in the price, whether its the bathroom toileteries, the dishwasher tablets and whatever you need for all the appliances and even the bathrobes and the hairdryers. We stock the fridge with the basics as we know the last thing you want to do after a long trip is to have to make that trip to the supermarket to buy that pint of milk. We like to welcome our guests personally on arrival, but if you wish checkin can be as easy as punching in the code into the lockbox outside the front door, And at departure, simply leave the keys on the table and close the door behind you. No more anxious waiting at reception as someone departs to your room to audit what you said you had from the minibar. Our goal is to make travelling easier combining the comfort of a home from home with the attention to detail of a hotel. We are very grateful to the guests who have given us such kind feedback and we hope to welcome you to stay with us in Epsom in the future. Well essentially, its your home for the duration you are with us. You have the keys. You have access to the whole flat. Noone is going to show up unexpected. We have secure parking outside. We can provide additional services such as cleaning and bedding and linen change at a small extra charge on request and with advance notice we can provide surprise special touches for you on arrival for those important or romantic occasions. We are available at short notice to help with any issues which guests may face - though we will leave you to your own devices. For stays of 7 days or more we offer are least one cleaning and bedding change a week. The apartment is situated right in the town centre, so everything is available right outside the door. Major restaurants and shops are within a five-minute walk, and it's close to the station. The location could not be better or more convenient. We have secure private parking and can accomodate 1 car per apartment. There are other parking options nearby most notably the Ashley centre which is a 5 minute walk. The station is about 300 metres away. Uber is pretty good and usually arrive in less than 10 minutes. The best local taxi firm in our view is Clocktower Cars which is in our House Manual.

The Nook

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This ground floor one bed apartment is perfect for romantic getaway with your partner, or if you are in town for work and you are looking for a home away from home. If you have a little one you want to bring with you. Victoria station is a 20 minute train away, as well as being 15 minutes away from Wimbledon and Croydon by tram. All house trained dogs of all sizes welcome. EV charging points are NOT on premise. They are on street charging points.

Luxurious studio in Sutton, with parking space

This little gem is the perfect stay for singles and couples. The accommodation is a 4 minutes drive to Sutton station or a 10 minute bus journey. We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. The Annexe

Relax in our peaceful, self-contained annexe just off Worcester Park High Street, nestled on a quiet residential road. Perfect for solo travellers, couples or small families. You're a short walk from Worcester Park Station (Zone 4), with direct trains to London Waterloo in under 30 minutes— ideal for exploring iconic sites like Big Ben, The British Museum, and Covent Garden. Locally, enjoy Nonsuch Park, perfect for walks and picnics, or take a short drive to the historic Hampton Court Palace.

London & Surrey Cub House

Your own private stylish cabin, own entrance, self check-in. King-size bed, en-suite, kitchenette & private outside space. 8min walk to 2 stations into central London (Waterloo 25min, Wimbledon 15min). Good links to Hampton Court, Kingston upon Thames, Surrey walks and villages. Superloop 7 Bus (SL7) direct to and from Heathrow Airport, 1hour. Very quiet residential road with free parking. No more than 2 guest permitted at anytime on the property. No smoking/vaping on the property.

Cosy flat Surbiton

Spacious ground floor flat, with easy access. Open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The bedroom is bright with a double bed, memory foam mattress, plenty draws and storage area. Bathroom has bath and shower, towels and toiletries. The kitchen is furnished with all the amenities, including washer/dryer. Lounge with sofa bed, dining table, smart tv and bluetooth speaker to chill and listen to your favourite music. London is a train ride away about 6 stops. Bus stop 1 min walk away

New Malden Studio

Delightful self contained studio near New Malden station, perfect for couples, business travellers and those visiting friends and family. This space offers its own bathroom, kitchenette, own side entrance, plus garden access. It is ideally situated with excellent transport links to central London and Gatwick + Heathrow airport. In addition it is conveniently located for those attending the Wimbledon tennis championships - enjoy a comfortable stay with all the essentials you need.

Private studio for to 2 people - 3 minute walk to train (Malden Manor) - London in 30 minutes. Double bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom. Complimentary drinks and breakfast items. 24" TV with Netflix in bedroom, WiFi. Door lockable. (No oven or stove) On street parking, close to Kingston, Sutton, Wimbledon and the Thames. Ideal for people attending events in London or seeing family / friends who live near here. A small space to be in all the time, but good as a overnight base.

Self Contained Cottage in Thames Ditton Village

Beautiful self contained 1 bedroom cottage in the grounds of one of Thames Ditton’s oldest properties. Superbly located next to the river with pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and village stores close by. Thames Ditton is a pretty village located close to Hampton Court, Surbiton, and Kingston Upon Thames and 30 minutes by train to London Waterloo. Go Boat hire is a minutes walk and the slipway to the Thames is opposite the house if you have your own paddle board/canoe.

Situated in Tolworth with private parking and just only 10 minutes walk from Tolworth Station and 12 minutes walk to local shops. You can take local train to Wimbledon just 4 stops (15 minutes) or 25 minutes and end up in London Waterloo. On another hand you only 6 km from from Kingston Upon Thames. Travel from Gatwick is very easy just take a train to Clapham Junction and then train to Tolworth Station. London Heathrow is accessible tube and train.
