Relax or take a dip in the shared outdoor heated pool (seasonal - opens Whitsun week through to the end of September) less than one minute away, or for the more active there is surfing, paddle boarding, walking or cycling; this beautiful area has it all. In the evening why not visit one of the local pubs or hunker down with a movie or maybe a board game for those more competitive!

Situated within its own mature grounds, it makes full use of natural light with sunsets particularly memorable. The Coach House is a small stone barn conversion nestling peacefully in 35 acres of Cornish countryside at Woodlands Manor Farm. This picturesque cottage has an open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with Smart TV and Blu-ray player. The downstairs bathroom with shower leads from the entrance hall. Upstairs is a large romantic bedroom with ‘zip and link’ super king size double or twin beds and Smart TV. The WiFi is super fast broadband.

Tucked away in a quiet, rural location, but just a few minutes’ drive from the award-winning Woolacombe beach, our dog-friendly holiday cottage offers every home comfort plus a little touch of luxury. We designed Bay Tree Cottage to be a home away from home, with plenty of special touches that make it a place you’ll remember. Set in the private, landscaped grounds of Willingcott Valley, summer guests (June to Sept) will also have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool.
