You have your own en-suite, kitchen and access, NO need to share anything with anyone, totally privacy. It’s very close to the Uni, just cross the road, lovely neighbourhood, 10 minutes bus to Oracle centre. Common sense, communications and politeness are all I ask for.parking is complimentary if space is available.
