Austinmer and the surrounding South Coast villages are plentiful for restaurant and cafe choices, but it is their beaches and rock pools that will leave you wondering if you've found paradise. Renovated original beach house on quiet cul de sac adjoining natural bush. Wake up to the sound of surf and ocean views. Walk to idyllic beach, 200m via road or shorter on bush track. The owners use the rear granny flat on occasions, but the 2 houses are very separate. A wonderful escape, 75 minutes from Sydney CBD. Ideal for couples, families, or small groups.

A coffee shop across the road and the beach behind us. Seamist is a two bedroom detached dwelling, with solid timber flooring, modern kitchen, laundry, bathroom, lounge/dining area, outdoor shower and then choose your place to sit and relax- on the front porch or screened back deck. Described as a 'tree house' the apartment is light, airy and spacious (snug in winter) with ocean and bush views, located 5 minutes walk to the beach. It has a separate entrance and a large sunny deck overlooking lush native bush to the ocean below. There is no kitchen but there is a sink under cover on the deck & we provide a BBQ, microwave, bar fridge, kettle and toaster with essential crockery and cutlery. We provide guests with fresh coffee, tea, milk and home made muesli upon arrival.

"Seacliff Otford" is just 60mins from Sydney CBD yet feels a million miles away. The house is on 2 acres, perched on the top of a hill, enjoying panoramic ocean views. Living areas face north enjoying all year sun . The lounge includes a log fire. There is a separate TV room, 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The property includes a heated swimming pool (in summer) with large deck, lawned areas and a tennis court. STRICTLY 8 PEOPLE MAXIMUM, NO PARTIES, BUCKS WEEKENDS OR FUNCTIONS.

It is set in the sub-tropical basic garden of my home in Wombarra. Nestled between the Illawarra Escarpment and beach, surrounded by nature, peaceful bird singing surroundings. She comfortably accommodates 6 guests. The location is 2 minutes walk from the station and 7 minutes walk to stunning, unspoiled, surf beaches and rock pools.

Only basic cooking facilities (toaster, kettle & electric wok). No outdoor area but great nature & picnic spots nearby. Not suitable for smokers, neighbour has an allergy. The main road can be noisy at times.
