Plus there's a futon in the living room. A one-room bunk house (3 bunks) available to rent, too. Downtown Nisswa & Paul Bunyan Trail just 1 mile away. DOG FRIENDLY! The house is professionally cleaned between every reservation.

Located in the heart of Federal Dam, we may not be on the water but we are conveniently located just three blocks away from the iconic Federal Dam and Leech Lake Rec area where you can fish from shore or take your own boat out on Leech Lake or the Leech River. Many other fishing spots in reasonable distances. We are also just blocks away (walking distance) from the Soo Line Trail north, a 150 mile ATV trail that's great for hiking, biking, or bringing your ATV's.

Main level consists of living room overlooking the lake, kitchen and dining area. Top floor is the master bedroom and bath. It has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows overlooking the lake. Kitchen has the typical appliances: refrigerator, stove, 2 microwaves, and a dishwasher.
